This method creates an illusion of the product sitting on the tray rather than being within a package. The skin pack is an aesthetically appealing method for packaging tools, electronic parts, home equipment, toys, etc, as well as an effective way to market them on store shelves.

The skin pack machine uses a combination of press and vacuum process to wrap a thin layer of PVC or Surlyn on top of a hard surface. Our skin pack machine is equipped with a 9-14 m3/h vacuum pump. You can use it in both manual and automatic mode.
