NPA1800 and NPT1800 Fully Automatic Shrink Machine Review
NPA1800 and NPT1800 make a fully automatic sealer and shrink pack combination which is a perfect solution for high-volume production lines. These machines fit within your production line through a conveyor design and ensure a quick packaging cycle.
NPA1800 is an L-bar sealer that is equipped with an internal sensor for time-efficient automatic sealing. It passes the sealed product through to NPT1800 which uses a heat tunnel to shrink pack the product. The heat tunnel uses a digital thermostat to control the temperature and an inverter for regulating the conveyor speed.
This combination can go through 1500 to 1800 cycles per hour and is compatible with PVC and POF films as sealing material.
The machine fixes an organic safety glass cover with alarm function, so that the operator is safe. It can also be connected with the production line, which is no need additional operators.
